DAVID PASCU, AIA LEED AP
Project Architect
Mr. Pascu is a registered architect in the States of New York and California who joined Abramson Teiger Architects in 2004. He has led the design teams on many of the firm’s institutional and residential projects.
He studied at Yale University where he received his Master’s degree and at the University of Virginia where he received his Bachelor’s degree. He was awarded the AIA Medal for Academic Excellence from the Yale School of Architecture in 1997 and his Ferry Terminal project was nominated for the Feldman Prize in 1996.
Prior to joining ATA, he worked in New York for two growing design practices known for producing top quality architecture: Leroy Street Studio and Murdock Young Architects.
In 2002, David was awarded a prestigious grant from the New York State Council on the Arts to prepare a master plan for the renovation of a 1930’s swimming pool and park in Brooklyn, New York. The “McCarren Park Pool Project” was completed in collaboration with community groups and five selected artists.
His breadth of experience spans over 15 years and includes work on: religious buildings, residences, educational buildings, recreational structures and commercial projects.
David is currently serving a three year appointment on the Board of Building Appeals for the City of Manhattan Beach, California where he resides.
