2009 – Presentation for the Patrons of the Art Museum Council, LA County Museum of Art
Trevor Abramson spoke about the process of design for the Kelly Residence. He spoke about the energy efficient aspects of the project and gave insight into how he layered the façade to control light as it entered the building.

2007- Woodbury School of Architecture
Trevor Abramson participated in a seminar followed by a critique of student work on the topic of Cultural Centers for a Diaspora.

2006- Archidays Architectural Digest Lecture Series at Poliform LA
Trevor Abramson presented a lecture titled “California Lifestyle” which showcased his work.

2006 – National AIA Convention, Los Angeles
Trevor Abramson, FAIA presented a seminar on manipulating daylight and materials, and the implications of the building material palette in the design of sacred spaces, for the Interfaith Forum on Religion Art and Architecture (IFRAA) Study Tour. He presented both the First Presbyterian Church of Encino and the Young Israel North Beverly Hills Synagogue.

2004 – National AIA Convention, Chicago
Trevor Abramson, FAIA presented a seminar on his honor award-winning First Presbyterian Church of Encino, California. This session afforded an exchange of ideas among the architectural design leaders, to learn about the latest interior architecture innovations.

2004 – Form/Reform National Convention on Environment & Art for Catholic Worship, Los Angeles
This presentation, in conjunction with the national AIA continuing education program, addressed the design of the First Presbyterian Church and how its architectural transformation heightened the spiritual level of the space and changed the congregation.

Trevor Abramson, FAIA hosted several tours of his office for design students, where he lectured on his design philosophies and methodologies.

1999 – Westweek Interior Design Convention, Los Angeles

Trevor Abramson, FAIA participated in a panel discussion in conjunction with Westweek. The topic of discussion was “Social Issues for the New Millenium.”

1996 – USC School of Architecture
